Connect Loopsii to Cursor and VS Code
One click, then sign in once in your browser.
Cursor
Add Loopsii to Cursor — or put this in .cursor/mcp.json in your project (or ~/.cursor/mcp.json for everywhere):
{
"mcpServers": {
"loopsii": { "url": "https://app.loopsii.com/api/mcp" }
}
}Then open Cursor Settings → MCP, find Loopsii and press Login. The consent screen opens in your browser; check the account and press Allow.
VS Code
Add Loopsii to VS Code — or add it to .vscode/mcp.json:
{
"servers": {
"loopsii": { "type": "http", "url": "https://app.loopsii.com/api/mcp" }
}
}Start the server from the MCP view or from the file; VS Code asks you to sign in and opens the consent screen. Loopsii's tools then show up in Copilot's agent mode.
Any other MCP client
Loopsii is a standard remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in (dynamic client registration and client ID metadata documents are both supported). Point your client at https://app.loopsii.com/api/mcp and follow its sign-in flow. If the client cannot open a browser, create an API key in Settings → API and send it as a bearer token instead.
Disconnect
Remove the server from the client's config, then open Loopsii → Settings → API → Connected apps and press Disconnect.
